Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the WebLinks mobile app ("the app") and the website at myweblinks.app ("the website") handle information. Both are provided by Intellias Inc ("we", "us").

The short version

The app does not collect, store or share any personal information. It has no accounts, analytics, advertising or tracking. The links you save stay on your device.

Information stored on your device

When you save a link, the app stores its web address, name, color and optional emoji only on your device. On iPhone this information is also kept in storage shared with the app's own widgets, so they can show your links. On Android it is used by the app's widgets and home-screen shortcuts. None of it is sent to us or to anyone else.

If you delete a link, it is removed from the app and its widgets. Removing the app removes all of its data. Android doesn't let apps remove home-screen icons themselves, so an icon for a deleted link stays on your home screen, disabled, until you remove it.

Opening links

When you tap a link, the app asks your phone to open that address in your browser or in the app that handles it. From then on, that website's or app's own privacy practices apply. We don't see which links you open.

Information we collect

The app collects none. The website uses no cookies, analytics or tracking scripts. Like any website, it's delivered by a hosting provider (Amazon Web Services), which processes standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type in order to deliver pages and protect against abuse.

If you email us for support, we use your email address and message only to reply, and we keep them only as long as we need to help you.

Sharing and selling

We don't sell or share personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Children

The app doesn't knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.

Your choices and rights

You can edit or delete any link in the app at any time, or delete the app to remove everything. Because we hold no personal data from the app, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. Questions about a support email you sent us can go to the address below.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date above. If a future version of the app starts collecting any information, this policy will be updated before that version is released.
