Terms of Use

These terms apply to the WebLinks mobile app and the website at myweblinks.app, both provided by Intellias Inc ("we", "us"). By using them, you agree to these terms.

Using WebLinks

WebLinks lets you save web addresses and open them from your home screen. You're responsible for the links you save and the websites you visit. We don't control third-party websites and aren't responsible for their content, availability or practices.

App store terms

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, that store's terms also apply. For the iOS app, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies, except where these terms say otherwise. Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and have no responsibility for the app or its support.

License

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control. Please don't copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute it except as the law allows.

No warranty

WebLinks is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Home-screen and widget features depend on your phone's operating system and launcher, which may change how they work.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Intellias Inc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of WebLinks.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll post the new version here and update the date above. If you keep using WebLinks after a change, you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
